Comprehensive support for families facing housing instability, food insecurity, and financial hardship. We connect families with emergency resources while building long-term plans for self-sufficiency.
Next Generation Mentorship
Pairing young people ages 12–18 with trained adult mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and real-world connections. Includes tutoring, career exposure, and life skills workshops.
Neighbor-to-Neighbor Network
A volunteer-driven resource-sharing network that connects residents with nearby help — from transportation and childcare to home repairs and meal support.
Neighborhood Revitalization
Partnering with residents and local businesses to improve public spaces, organize community events, and invest in infrastructure that makes neighborhoods safer and more vibrant.
Adult Learning & Workforce
GED preparation, digital literacy courses, resume workshops, and job placement assistance for adults looking to advance their careers or re-enter the workforce.
Community Pantry & Essentials
A year-round food pantry and essential goods distribution center providing groceries, hygiene products, winter clothing, and school supplies to families in need.
